Our training center was started by a Trauma room nurse. She wanted participants to have a quality course where your more than a number.
Our founder Betty J. Ahearn spent many years working as a trauma room nurse until she found the need and satisfaction in training her follow healthcare professionals along with community lay rescuers. Her love for the medical field and her community helped her thrive to grow the training center to what it is today. The Center for Public Safety Training's goal is to provide courses to meet our participants need but also to have them walk away with the knowledge and confidence in themselves when or if their skills are needed.
