Healthcare Provider (New) Heart code online course
Using eSimulation technology, HeartCode BLS Part 1 allows students to virtually "treat" adult and infant SCA patients within two simulated cases. Students then receive step-by-step feedback through debriefing that educates them on correct and incorrect actions taken. HeartCode BLS Part 1 also includes cognitive BLS lessons where students learn the BLS algorithm through interaction and mini-games. Hyperlinks to relevant material within the AHA's BLS for Healthcare Providers Student Manual are available, and the full text may be accessed for up to 2 years from license activation.

This course is for healthcare providers seeking an initial or renewal BLS for Healthcare Providers Course Completion Card. Part 1 can be completed in approximately 1-2 hours; time to complete a practice and testing session (Parts 2 and 3) varies.

This course is not compatible with Macintosh computers or operating systems.
